Our Practice
North Idaho Nephrology Associates is a new medical practice, formed in 2007 by Dr. Shaun Joshi and Dr. Sherwin Foster for the care of those with acute and chronic kidney disease. In association with Fresenius Medical Care and Liberty Dialysis, Drs. Joshi and Foster provide both home and in-center dialysis therapy. They are joined in practice by Laura Triphahn, PA-C and Tawnya O'Keefe, NP.
If desired by our dialysis patients, we will provide all primary care needs.
Drs. Joshi and Foster are affiliated with Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene, ID, Bonner General Hospital in Sandpoint, ID, Benewah Community Hospital in St. Maries, ID, and Newport Community Hospital in Newport, WA.
