For Our Doctor Colleagues
As a practice, we believe that partnership with the primary/referring physician is essential to assuring quality care for the patient. Through consultation, we advise the primary/referring physician about the optimal care of their patients and offer the advantage of our clinical experience and expertise. We are accessible to address issues with both physicians and patients.
We share a passion for home dialysis modalities including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. In addition to outpatient dialysis, we have extensive in-patient nephrology expertise, including care of the ill patient with acute renal failure and patients with challenging electrolyte disorders.
Our outpatient practice encompasses all aspects of nephrology including management of kidney stone disease.
Given the complexity of the patients we care for with multiple medical problems, North Idaho Nephrology Associates strongly advocates quality of life issues in our practice. We strive to discuss end-of-life issues early with all our patients so that their goals and wishes are closely followed.
