Photo coming Shaun Joshi, MD, and Sherwin Foster, MD, are diplomats of the American Boards of Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Our goal is to provide the best possible therapy for patients who suffer from kidney disease. They are joined in practice by Laura Triphahn, PA-C and Tawnya O'Keefe, NP.
As a practice, we believe that partnership with the primary/referring physician is essential to assuring quality care for the patient. Through consultation, we advise the primary/referring physician about the optimal care of their patients and offer the advantage of our clinical experience and expertise. We pride ourselves in being available at all times to our referring physicians and our patients.
We are proud to offer state-of-the art dialysis therapy at our new dialysis center in Hayden, Idaho, in limited partnership with Liberty Dialysis. This is a Medicare-certified dialysis facility that provides in-center hemodialysis, ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, long-term care dialysis, and acute dialysis services.
